Naturally leavened with our living rye starter, with no commercial yeast. Long, slow fermentation, hand-shaped, baked in limited quantities on order.
Every loaf is shaped by hand, so the weight varies a little around 1000 g. The price stays the same.

Delivery fee depends on your postal code. You'll see it at checkout before you pay. Most orders are delivered within three to five days, and we agree the exact day with you after your order.
