How to order

We bake on order. Here is what happens between your order and the bread at your door.

From your order to your door

  1. Choose your loaves

    Add the breads you want to the cart. There is no minimum order.

  2. Enter your details and postal code

    Your postal code decides the delivery zone and fee. You see the full amount, bread plus delivery, before you pay anything.

  3. Pay with PromptPay and upload the slip

    We show a Thai QR code for the exact amount. Scan it with your banking app, pay, then upload the payment slip. On a phone you can save the QR code to your photos first, because you cannot scan your own screen.

  4. We confirm your delivery day

    We check the payment and email you to agree the day. Most orders are delivered within three to five days. Rye takes days, not hours, so the exact day depends on the fermentation of your bread.

  5. Grab brings your bread

    We send it by Grab on the agreed day, fresh from the oven.

Paying with PromptPay

PromptPay is our only payment method. It works with every Thai banking app, the amount is filled in for you by the QR code, and it keeps fees low, which is part of how we can support the iCare projects.

We start baking once the payment is confirmed. If anything goes wrong with a transfer, write to info@ryeandritual.com and we will sort it out.

Delivery zones and fees

We deliver across Bangkok and the neighbouring provinces by Grab. The fee depends on your postal code; larger orders travel free.

Delivery is free as soon as the bread in your cart reaches the amount in the last column. Not on the list? Message us and we will see what we can do.
